Your Dog and Nutrition

As you can imagine nutrition for your dog is quite important, here at our kennel we feed Purina. We didn't always feed Purina, once upon a time we had a perspective puppy buyer who was expert in animal nutrition that recommended we feed Purina. Since we did not seek permission to use their name so we'll just leave it that a PHD in animal nutrition trumps what I knew and know about dog food. The food we were feeding wasn't bad according to my buyer, in fact it was very similar to Purina in many ways. The biggest reason in my mind not to feed Purina at the time was the cost, I was told that I would use less feed with Purina and therefore the cost would be negligible, fact is, after the switch I found cost was truly a wash.
