Training Video
Tucker & Rowdi are trained steady to wing & Shot using silent command method. Tucker was a six year old dog that was re-trained using the silent command method. The video displays the finished product, "Steady to Wing and Shot".
Short Video of Stop to Wing & Shot.
This is ~ a 40 second video of "Steady to Flush" or "Wing" and "Steady to Shot" after a point and backing situation had been established. In a retrieve situation I would have released the pointing dog for the retrieve while the backing dog stays steady. Both of these dogs were trained using the "Silent Command Method", with Tucker learning this at the age of 6. My wife and I have attended the "Foundation Level", "Intermediate Level" and "Advanced Level" training seminars at Ronnie Smith Kennels.
Apologies for the video quality, I used my cell phone and my fat finger was in the way somewhat.

Longer video of Steady to Wing & Shot you will see how careful the dog is and how I release him so gets stronger into the scent cone. Last part of video I would like to know what happened when he was out of sight. Good video, the only time the dog was stimulated was when I checked what level would stop him at the beginning of the training session.
